Project Health, Inc. (PHI) D/B/A Langley Health Services is a public, multi-campus medical center offering affordable health care for its clients/patients in a variety of disciplines. Through its commitment to quality health care, PHI provides clients/patients with an accessible and supportive health care environment which provides quality medical and pharmaceutical services with courtesy, dignity and compassion by professional, well-trained staff.
About Us
Langley Health Services (LHS) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with two sites for your
convenience, one located in Sumterville, 
Florida and another at Silver Springs Shores in Ocala.
As a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization, LHS offers comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients regardless of their income level.
